According to accounts, the Queen wrote that letter and requested that it not be read until 2085!

The letter was reportedly written by the Queen in 1986. It has since been kept in a glass case inside a secret vault in Sydney’s Queen Victoria Building. It was composed to commemorate the renovation of the structure, which is now an opulent five-star shopping mall.

The contents of the letter are being kept a secret. Because of this, not even the late monarch’s staff is aware of what is written in the letter.

As was already mentioned, Queen Elizabeth fostered a particularly unique bond with Australia throughout her reign.

She visited every state throughout her 16 travels to the nation, conversing with individuals from various racial and religious backgrounds.

In 1954, after only two years on the throne, the Queen made her first trip to Australia. More than a million people are believed to have gathered in Sydney’s streets as she and Prince Philip arrived. The royal couple visited 57 cities and towns over the course of 58 days.
