The color of this salad is so satisfying and beautiful, but you can always substitute the vegetables you do not like out. This salad is huge, and it would look amazing at the dinner table to bring over for a dinner gathering or potluck. It’s such an easy recipe, the only time-consuming part is preparing and chopping some of the vegetables. But, it still doesn’t take long at all, and layering the salad would be worth it in the end.

This seven-layer salad amazes me and it looks so delicious with the different colors. I love cheese on my salad so the topping of shredded cheese and bacon looks tasteful. Also, I think scooping the salad out of the bowl can be tricky because the ingredients are jam-packed together. I can’t wait to make my own version of a seven-layer salad.
