Every night…forgive those who hurt you, pray for those who need it, and thank God for everything you have.
Thank You, Lord, for my bed and pillow and the benefits that You provide for us day by day.
You truly are a God who provides for all Your children and a God Who is faithful to all His promises.
Give us all a peaceful night’s sleep we pray, and Lord, we love You and praise You and thank You for all that You have done for us.
“When you lie down, you will not be afraid; you will lie down, and your sleep will be pleasant.” –Proverbs 3:24
And most of all for sending the Lord Jesus Christ to die for us on the cross so that we might be forgiven of our sins and receive Your free gift of eternal life, for which we are eternally grateful.
Into Your hands O Lord, we commit our souls and bodies to be a living sacrifice of praise to You and pray that in Your grace You would wake us up in the morning, ready to praise You for all Your goodness and grace to us and to all men.
This we pray in Jesus’ precious name, Amen.
