On Sunday, King Charles and the Queen Consort will serve as the hosts.
Harry and Meghan are reportedly not attending the event despite having received an invitation earlier in the week, according to Palace insiders who said the reception was solely for working royals.
Event attendees will include heads of state including Joe Biden and Emmanuel Macron.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex (pictured with Prince William, Prince of Wales, Sophie, Countess of Wessex, Catherine, Princess of Wales on Wednesday) were ‘uninvited’ to a state reception for world leaders and foreign royals tomorrow evening, it was reported last night

It was claimed last night that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were “uninvited” to a state reception for international leaders and foreign royals tomorrow night.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were allegedly “uninvited” to a state reception for world leaders and foreign royals tomorrow night yesterday night.

However, it’s believed that Prince Harry and his wife Meghan are no longer expected to attend because Buckingham Palace officials insisted that the reception was only for working royals.

Photos captured a poignant moment for the Duke of Sussex (left with the Duchess of Sussex right) as he held his head in his hand, shielding his eyes, and looked down as the Queen’s coffin was moved inside the Palace of Westminster

The heads of state who will travel to London this weekend to attend Queen Elizabeth’s burial on Monday include US President Joe Biden, French President Emmanuel Macron, and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

At a reception at the Palace, world leaders, diplomats, and foreign royals will also be welcomed by the Prince and Princess of Wales, the Princess Royal, and the Earl and Countess of Wessex.

According to the Daily Telegraph, there are communication problems between the California-based couple and the Royal Family as evidenced by the uncertainty surrounding Harry and Meghan’s invitation.

According to reports, the Palace stepped in to ensure that Harry could wear his regalia at today’s 15-minute vigil at Westminster Hall.

Harry had previously stated that he would dress conservatively for all funeral activities.

The news that their children won’t receive HRH status when they are named prince and princess by King Charles III reportedly incensed both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

It is thought the couple (pictured last Saturday) received an invitation to the event, hosted by King Charles and the Queen Consort, earlier in the week. But Harry and Meghan are now unlikely to attend after officials at Buckingham Palace insisted the reception was for working royals only, it is understood

According to a source who spoke to The Sun, Charles has consented to award the titles of prince and princess to Archie, age three, and Lilibet, age one, and is expected to do so soon.

But according to a report, the Sussexes are “furious” that their children won’t also receive HRH titles after recent difficult discussions with the new King.

Prince Harry and his family have ongoing disagreements, and his memoirs has been referred to as a “ticking timebomb that Charles and William wished to defuse.”

Prince William, Kate, Prince Harry and Meghan have all been appearing in public together since the Queen’s death. However the Sussexes won’t be at the state reception at Buckingham Palace on Sunday

Despite the Queen’s passing, it is asserted that it will still be released in November as scheduled.

The book will be printed at Clays in Bungay, Suffolk, according to Tom Bower, whose biography of Meghan Markle was published earlier this year, in the strictest of secrecy, with staff members being searched for copies as they leave.
